How It Works
1. Place Your Order
Simply choose your items from the online collection — from bouquets and buttonholes to small arrangements.
Full payment is taken at the time of ordering
2. Share Your Preferences
At checkout, please include:
Your overall colour palette in the description box
Any flowers you would prefer to avoid
Your wedding date and ceremony time
If you require your flowers the day before -for example, if you are travelling - simply select that date when collecting and include a note with your wedding date and time. This allows Grace to prepare your flowers with care and provide guidance to ensure they look their best on your wedding day.
If we are delivering your wedding flowers, delivery will typically be scheduled 2–3 hours before your ceremony, depending on the items selected.
If you are collecting your flowers, we recommend collection on the morning of your wedding, approximately 4 hours before the ceremony. This allows time for travel and preparation before your photographer arrives.

Cancellations
Signature Wedding range ordered via our web shop will be refunded at a rate of 90% of total value up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Any cancellations after this are non-refundable.
